Due to the uncertain access to The Regatta centre with the recent flood activity and water contamination The Model Boat Club of NSW has informed the AMPBA Committee that it is doubtful the event would procced as scheduled in August. Having not run a national title since 2019 The committee feels it is important that the event does run this year.
After consideration we are pleased to announce that The Adelaide Club has offered to run the event, The Southern Mallee stampede will now be run as The AMPBA Nationals.

TUESDAY 5th Site set UP Open water from 12 noon
WEDNESDAY 6th Open water
THURSDAY 7th Racing Day 1
FRIDAY 8th Racing Day 2
SATURDAY 9th Racing Day 3 Site pack up and RSL Presentation Dinner
It is intended to run 5 rounds of racing with all rounds counting, time and weather permitting.
