We need to have an AGM of some sort to comply with the requirements of the NSW Incorporation Act.
I am proposing that we hold it on the second weekend (Sat or Sun) in July at around 11am. It will only be a short meeting but will give us a chance to have a chat.
Who would be interested in attending and what day would be most preferable?

A quick beer, a feed – what ever suits the majority?

Had a rethink on the date for the AGM. Now thinking 9th August at Tony’s (Thornton) or my place (Warnervale, Central Coast).
What would be the preferred location and who will attend on that date?
